As expected, BMW announced the adoption of Dragon Drive! Messaging for its future cars. The opportunity to discover the details of this solution for as the name suggests to dictate emails and SMS.
Dragon Drive! Messaging in a BMW
Most navigation systems and entertainment OE offer voice recognition, but they usually reference a few dozen predefined commands with some synonyms, enough to dictate a better destination.
Announced in late May, Dragon Drive! Messaging is an extension of the solution already used by BMW, a “Wizard of mobile conversation” that can now, after listening to an email or a text to speech, which was already possible to answer dictated by “keeping hands on the wheel and eyes on the road. ”
